Tess serves as the Practice Administrator at Gentle Family Dentistry and is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.
With more than a decade of experience in dental practice leadership and operations, Tess brings a strong background in team development, patient experience, and business operations. She believes successful practices are built on strong relationships, clear communication, and a supportive team.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Tess is proud to call Wake Forest home and grateful to live and work in such a wonderful community. She is honored to join Gentle Family Dentistry as the practice builds on more than a quarter century of success and looks forward to contributing to its continued growth and future.
Outside of the office, Tess enjoys taking walks with her golden retriever, Cheddar, playing golf or pickleball, catching live music, enjoying a good glass of wine, and spending time with her two sons, Christopher and Nikolas.
