I have been going to Gentle Family Dentistry (GFD) since 2007 when we moved to Wake Forest. The last twelve years I have been under the care of Dr Julia Mulnick. One of the most notable assets of GFD is their commitment to the latest techniques for Dental care and treatments, and Dr. Mulnick and her associated staff are living testaments to this practice. Going to the dentist in general is one of my least favorite life experiences, mainly because I almost always require follow-up work after my biannual checkups. However, I have learned to trust and rely on Dr. Mulnick’s care and advice. Recently, I asked her professional opinion concerning a significant treatment plan that I was considering. The resulting advice was carefully considered, supported by projected outcomes and consequences, and delivered in a caring, objective, and empathetic manner. I intend to remain under my friend, Dr Julia Mulnick, and her care for the rest of my days.

As a hockey player and someone who didn't have access to dental care for most of my life, the team at Gentle Family Dentistry really handled my treatment plan with care, compassion, and understanding. They've done multiple crowns, fillings, and other procedures for me. They're always kind and professional. The front desk staff does a remarkable job with insurance and treats each patient with dignity and respect. When I finished my major restorative work, I gave my dentist a hug. I've never done that anywhere else.

None of the actual work was painful and each visit was fairly short. If you need this done I'd recommend Gentle Family.

I was only in town for a few days, but the great staff at Gentle Family Dentistry was able to work me into their schedule. The dentist and her assistant did an outstanding job getting me fixed up. They were insistent on my comfort (that’s really important) and did an outstanding and professional job fixing my tooth. Thanks again!

They do an amazing job of keeping up with technology, explaining what they are doing and what the next steps are in your care. Setting up appointments and communications are all done very professionally. Highly recommend Gentle Family Dentistry!
