Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Tran M. Nguyen
 Dr. Tran Nguyen moved from Vietnam at the age of
three and grew up in Greensboro, NC. She earned
a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in
1995, graduating with honors. Dr. Tran Nguyen
continued her studies at the School of Dentistry
at the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill, earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery
degree in 1999, again graduating with honors.
She entered private practice for several
years in southern Virginia. In the summer of
2002, Dr. Nguyen returned to North Carolina and
opened her practice in Wake Forest. In addition
to providing care to patients, she enjoys
relaxing with her family, playing tennis, and
swimming.
Dr. Minhthu Nguyen
 Dr. Minhthu Nguyen was born and raised in the
suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. In 1999, she
graduated from The Ohio State University with a
Bachelor Science degree in Biology. Dr. Nguyen
continued her post graduate studies in Columbus
and received her DDS degree from The Ohio State
University College of Dentistry in 2003.
One month after graduating from dental
school, Dr. Nguyen moved to North Carolina to
join her sister-in-law's dental practice. When
Dr. Nguyen is not practicing dentistry and
providing patient care, she enjoys working out,
traveling, and watching Ohio State football.
Dr. Catherine B. Hill
Dr. Catherine Boles Hill was born in Wilson, NC and raised in Raleigh. One could make an argument that dentistry is in her DNA. Both her mother and father are dentists as well as her brother. She met and married her husband in dental school who is also dentist…. and so is his brother.
Dr. Hill attended NC State University, earning a Bachelors of Science degree in biological sciences and graduating suma cum-laude and with honors. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of NC at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Hill is committed to providing outstanding dentistry in a comfortable and caring environment. She attends over 200 hours of continuing education courses a year and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantology, and Pankey Dental Institute.
When Dr. Hill is not at CE courses, or at the office, or talking about dentistry with her husband, brother, or mother, she enjoys spoiling her Labrador retrievers and her Saddlebred horse.
